The Hangar entry #717, a mixed use innovative shipping container build in the much sought after trendy neighborhood of Westboro – steps away from the new light rail system. Featuring exclusive Industrial style commercial spaces; and residential lofts for minimalist living.

The ambitious design, inspired by airport hangers, leverages shipping containers to build spacious, affordable units that have been approved for mixed-use zoning, allowing for a vibrant blend of residential and commercial space. Unique designs of independent modular plumbing and kitchens for each unit, as well as an external elevator, enable the full capacity of the shipping containers to be utilized without the need for augmentation that detract from the containers’ structural benefits and weather resistance.
