Since 2013, Or S. Bielak and his dynamic team at NEOTERIC DEVELOPMENTS have been creating Ottawa’s paradigm examples of building outside the box by advocating for and utilizing new ideas and technology. Or S. Bielak grew up with a creative drive developed through music and religion. Trained as a cantor, and an award-winning graduate of Carleton University, Or combined his appreciation for culture with community service for a decade before engaging his entrepreneurial skills to found NEOTERIC DEVELOPMENTS.

Or’s style is distinguished by innovative taste, an uncompromising eye for quality, and a passion for detail expressed through his trend-setting architectural designs recognized by GOHBA (The Greater Ottawa Home Builder’s Association), LUXE magazine, and the Ottawa Citizen.

The NEOTERIC DEVELOPMENTS dream team includes Marco Manconi, professional engineer and former manager of design and construction for infrastructure services with the City of Ottawa. During his 20 years in the business, Marco has led high-profile projects such as the Lansdowne Park redevelopment, the Ottawa Art Gallery expansion, and the Arts Court redevelopment.

With over a decade of operations NEOTERIC DEVELOPMENTS has created and constructed 13 custom homes comprising over 60,000 square feet of residential development.
